What is Delaware's State Flower?
Delaware State Flower -Peach Blossom (Prunus
persica)
The Peach Blossom was adopted as Deleware's
state flower in 1895 due to the state's large
number of peach orchards, roughly 800,000, and
also due to the large amount of revenue the orchids
brought in.
